The Wolfking TSMG features an infeed hopper up to 1000L with agitator that holds up to one ton (whole Combo- or Euro bins) of pre-ground meat. It is ideal for burgers, sausages and other quality ground products.

Working principle:

To cover a range of grinding applications, 3 and 5 piece knife sets are available with a fixed pre-cutter to reduce pressure on the knife set. This reduces wear and heat build-up. The cut knives have a positive cutting angle to ensure clean cutting, excellent grinding, and minimum wear. The modular design is based on years of development, and features belt-drive adjustment from outside the cabinet to simplify maintenance.

Increase the capacity

Performance

To increase the capacity an optional booster pump fits between the worm and knife set to increase capacity. This option increases the capacity by up to 100%, even with small-hole plates and viscous products. This option also reduces backwash which improves particle definition and product contrast.
